Volunteers Needed to be "Victims"

Volunteers needed to be "victims" for Fire & Police Departments training on July 9, 10 & 11 from 11 am to 4 pm at Parkwood Elementary School. This is a fun activity for the “victims,” who get moulage (realistic fake wounds), AND it counts for Emergency Preparedness requirement 7a: Take part in an emergency service project, either a real one or a practice drill, with a Scouting unit or a community agency.

It also counts as community service hours, as the victims are helping local first responders practice for active threat training. It is not something that’s traumatic…the Scouts who’ve done this have had a blast.
