Submitting Advancement, Membership and Scout Store Orders During Shutdown

The Tecumseh Council Office and Scout Store will remained closed to the public until further notice; HOWEVER, we are still open for business! There is a red drop box on the front porch of the office. There will be one person in the office Monday through Friday to answer phones and recover items from the drop box. Below are details about how to submit advancement reports and membership applications and place Scout Store orders during the shutdown. We ask for your understanding and patients as we adjust to this new way of doing business, and - as always - THANK YOU for your support of Tecumseh Council, BSA!!

Advancement

Advancement reports can be emailed to Karla Cottenmyre at [Click for member's page].

Scout Store

Orders for advancements, awards or anything else needed from the Scout Store can be emailed to Karen Vance at Karen.Vance@Scouting.org. Please include item description and/or item number and quantity needed. Also include your name, phone number and the address you would like the items mailed to. After Karen pulls the order and gets your total, she will call you for payment by credit card over the phone. If this is an order for a unit, and you would like the total deducted from the unit account, please say so in the email.

Membership

Membership applications that have fees due can be mailed with a check to the address below or dropped in the drop box. Membership applications that do not require fees (transfers or multiples) can be emailed to Tara Corns at [Click for member's page]. Please make sure all applications are filled out completely with all required signatures!!
