Gary Lee Harrison (1943 - 2017)

The Tecumseh Council is deeply saddened at the loss of Mr. Harrison.  He was an avid supporter of Scouting locally and nationally.  Words cannot express alone how much he meant to the Tecumseh Council.  Please remember him and the family in your prayers. 

Gary Lee Harrison, 73, of Wilmington, passed away on Friday, Feb. 3, 2017 at Miami Valley Hospital.

Gary was born Dec. 16, 1943 in Cincinnati, the son of the late Samuel and Lucille Harrison. He was a 1962 graduate of Wilmington High School and a 1966 graduate of Ohio University. He was a recognized local and national leader in the Boy Scouts of America. He received the Silver Antelope Award in 2005.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Kimberly Faught; and brother, Arthur Harrison.

Gary is survived by his children, Randolph (Pam) Harrison, Stacy (John) Lambert, and Samuel Harrison; and three grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tecumseh Council Boy Scouts of America.
