RIFLE RANGE SHOOTING BENCH CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
- The Shooting Sports Committee are looking for Units/Individuals who would like to Sponsor/build new "T-Shaped" benches for our Rifle Range.
- The bench and plans the Shooting Sports Committee has adopted support both Left and Right Handed Shooters for an optimal shooting position. The addition of wheels/handle (not in the plans) make them mobile to be moved downrange or rearranged on the concrete floor as needed.
- A "Tribute/Memorial plaque" can be attached on the rear of the bench - 6"x6", if desired.
- Contact Tecumseh Shooting Sports Chair - DG Adams, 937-206-1799 for Pre-Approval
- At the moment the Proto-ty Bench was been built by D.G., two more benches were built by Troop 6 (painted), two more benches were approved and are being built by Troop 914 (March 29/19 delivery), which leaves 4 more to be scheduled to be built.
Shooting Bench Plans - Please use treated wood after getting unit build scheduled.
Prototype bench model below DG built.

2 More benches built by Troop 6 - South Vienna, OH

3 more benches delivered by Troop 914
We have room for 2-3 more Tribute/Memorial benches..
Please email DG if your unit wants to build a bench
for the range as a Tribute/Memorial to a family member or Scouter.
