If you bring your own pistol you need 100 rounds of ammo (NO LIVE AMMO IN CLASSROOM).
You DO NOT need to own a pistol for this course, .22LR pistols are available.
· VENTURE CREW youth members can take this course at a reduced cost.
NRA Basic Pistol Course Blended (online course work, 2 hour in person shooting) - Cost- $100, limited to 15 seats
Signups: Jan 15th - Feb 26th – You will be given a link to register an account on the NRA web site, once registration info is confirmed by the course lead. You will be assigned a unique NRA course code. You have up to 30 days to complete the material by Feb 27th, complete the online test and then choose 1 of the 4 Range times below to complete the shooting qualifier and receive a course certificate. I know weather is a factor in Feb. but there are often crisp clear days to shoot. - 1st Range Time is Feb 6th
- 2nd Range Time is Feb 13th
- 3rd Range Time is Feb 20th
- 4th Range Time Feb 27th 3pm – This will be the Inst. Led Course range time as well.
