Chillicothe District Merit Badge Trail Drive 2012

Dates: February 4, 18 and March 3, 2012

Time: 8:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Location: Green County Career Center (2960 West Enon Road in Xenia, OH)

Once again we will be at the Green County Career Center for three sessions, February 4, February 18 and March 3, 2012. Packets with information and registration forms will be passed out at the October Roundtable, so be sure to have a representative for your unit there.

Scouts should look at requirements they need toward their next rank advancement and be ready to sign up. Remember, classes are assigned on a first come first served basses. The quicker you sign up the better the chance of getting the classes you want.

Scouts please:

• Fill out the application completely
• Print legibly
• Pick only classes listed on application
• Attach registration and book fees only. Other fees are paid directly to the counselor.

We will do everything possible to satisfy the needs of as many Scouts as possible.

Important Dates:

• Applications available at October 13 Roundtable
• Book order deadline November 28, 2011
• Early registration in by January 7, 2012 can get class information and books at the January 12 Roundtable
• Registration deadline January 30, 2012
• Session 1 - February 4, 2012
• Session 2 - February 18, 2012
• Session 3 - March 3, 2012

As usual, merit badge counselors and other volunteers are needed. Our goal is to have counselors recruited by December 22, 2011 for each class. If you would like to teach or assist in teaching a merit badge, please contact Richard Strode at (937) 878-1564 or Rstrode1564@sbcglobal.net
