The USAF National Museum To earn the Scouting Aviation Heritage Program Medallion, Scouts will do a scavenger hunt through five galleries in the museum: Early Years, Air Power, Modern Flight, Cold War and Missile & Space.

When earning the Scouting Aviation Heritage Program Medallion, Scouts can stay at Camp Birch while visiting the Museum of the USAFExternal Link and other nearby aviation attractions. Camp Birch encompasses 440 acres of woodland that serves our Scouting and non-Scouting communities. Adjacent to Clifton GorgeExternal Link, John Bryan State ParkExternal Link and Glen Helen Nature PreserveExternal Link, it is an integral part of 2,000 continuous acres of natural woodlands.
