2018 Popcorn Sale

The 2018 Popcorn Sale starts August 1, 2018 and ends October 27, 2018. This page will be updated periodically as the sale grows nearer with all of the information and resources you need for a successful sale.

Popcorn Sales Calendar

  • May 16th - Unit Kernal Training at 6:30 pm at the Camp Birch Turner Building
  • August 1st - Popcorn Kickoff at 6:30 pm at the Camp Birch Turner Building
  • August 4th - Show & Sell orders due to Jenny at the Council Office (jenny.spencer@scouting.org)
  • August 8th - Michael Beck Presentation 6:30 pm location TBA
  • August 17th -  Popcorn Sort from 5 to 7 pm at the Camp Birch Dining Hall
  • August 18th - Show & Sell Distribution from 8-10 am by appointment only at the Camp Birch Dining Hall
  • August/September - Conduct individual unit popcorn kickoffs
  • September 11th - Inventory checklist due
  • September 14th - Mystery house clues start
  • September 14th - 4 weeks of Fill-It-Up Drawings start for $150 gift cards and continues through October 5th
  • September 24th - First Show & Sell payment due to the Council Office
  • October 24th - Popcorn Turn In Day 1 - Popcorn may be returned from 4 to 7 pm in the Camp Birch Dining Hall
  • October 27th - Popcorn Sale Ends
  • October 27th - Popcorn Turn in Day 2 - from 9-11 am in the Camp Birch Dining Hall - All popcorn must be returned to Camp on one of these two days!
  • October 27th - Popcorn take orders due either to the Council Office, online, or via email to Jenny.Spencer@Scouting.org
  • November 9th - Popcorn Sort from 5 to 7 pm in the  Camp Birch Dining Hall
  • November 10th - Popcorn Distribution from 8-10 am by appointment only at the Camp Birch Dining Hall
  • November 10th - $1000 seller forms due to Jenny at Jenny.Spencer@Scouting.org
  • November 11th - Prize orders placed on Camp Masters website at www.campmasters.orgExternal Link

    On or Before
  • December 8th - All popcorn money due to the Council Office
  • December 20th - Final day to turn in all prize orders and forms! Free Camp forms, Rosters, & High Achiever forms due to Jenny at the Council Office or email to Jenny.Spencer@Scouting.org
